Nonprofit Leadership Conference, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Tuesday, June 14, 8:30 am – 5 pm, cost varies
Nonprofits operate in a confined context. Externally, social, economic and fiscal realities can limit the scope of our work; and internally, outlooks and attitudes can limit our ability and influence. Awareness of these dynamics is increasingly important in today’s environment. Nonprofits are in a unique position to maneuver with a set of attributes and strengths that can help us to lead beyond limits, including the ability to be nimble, resourceful, innovative and resilient. As a sector we’re in a position to fulfill public need and advance the common good. Join the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and the Humphrey School’s Public and Nonprofit Leadership Center to share ideas, strategies and attitudes about how nonprofit organizations, including yours, lead beyond limits – engaging people, improving systems, and strengthening communities.

These are just two opportunities available. What others do you know of that other VISTAs may be interested in?
